“What ever bag I have brought in bird seed I have had no trouble with. The birds love it and I buy 25kg bags. I usually buy 2 different sorts at a time. Just latterly due to the amount of birds and their babies. never get enough we top them up about twice a day if needed. Getting more variety of birds last to years.”

“My birds like Vine House Farm mixed seed best but it is often not available when I order. They are enjoying the premium mix (after appearing to avoid it for a day or two), it could well be the time of year, but the mixed seed seems to go faster.”

“The bird seed I purchase is always good quality and delivered quickly. I recently had a problem where a bag was damaged in transit but this was quickly sorted out by Vine House and a replacement was delivered within 24 hours. The birds obviously like it as all their feeders are emptied daily.”

“I repeat ordered premium mix, but was sent something that was mostly oats and dried fruit. The birds didn’t seem to like it and I couldn’t use it with my seed bird feeder. I am usually very happy with the product, but this was unacceptable and unusable. I am disappointed you did not inform me of the change prior to or at point of purchase.”

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I apologise that you were sent the wrong bag of seed mix, it sounds like it could have been either the Ground Mix or Robin and Friends as they are the only two mixes with the fruit in them. Normally we advise notifying us of any issues with deliveries within 7 days of receipt. Can you please contact our customer service team with some pictures of the seed mix you received?
