“I'd love to write a review of my order, but it hasn't been delivered yet! Placed the order on 14/12/2021. Shipped on 15/12/21. Notification on 16/12/21, from DHL that 'delivery had been delayed by 24 hours'. Notification from DHL on 20/12/21: my parcel 'will be delivered on Thursday 16th December'! Contacted VHF customer services 22/12/21. Reply from Jackie Burton on 23/12/21 & told it 'should' arrive on 24/12/21. IT DIDN'T! Contacted DHL 24/12/21: they should respond within 3 days. THEY HAVEN'T! Notification from DHL on 30/12/21: my parcel 'will be delivered on Thursday 16th December'! Meanwhile, I've had to buy from another supplier This isn't a typical delivery experience. I have had no trouble whatsoever over several years of ordering seed. The fault clearly lies with DHL.”
