“We've been using this mix for years & our birds thrive on it: Goldfinches (we no longer bother with Niger: local birds lost interest a fewyears ago), Chaffinches, Siskins, House Sparrows, Nuthatches & G-s Woodpeckers & more. The feeders are usually emptied by early afternoon, to let the birds go down on the ground & tidy up after themselves (which keeps unwanted rats away). Vinehouse Farm offer really good bird foods, excellent value, & the free next-day delivery means you can re-order with confidence when the last bag is down to 1-2 days supply (s0 you don't have to stockpile). An excellent product that the birds love, the birdseed is loved by all, the peanuts that I got earlier are very popular both with the birds and with our red squirrels they cannot get enough of either.
