“Birds took a few days to get used to this but small birds are happy to use it now. The lid fits on snuggly but I am concerned the handle used to twist it off, which is also the hanger, may not last long with regular use. I may be wrong though as it is working well currently.”
“it is fine, except starlings can still get the food. I was trying to give the smaller birds a chance as I have other feeders the starlings empty rapidly. So many starling fledglings this year, don't mind feeding them at all but the blue tits, robins, great tits etc are not getting a look in”
