High energy sunflower hearts and chopped peanuts are in this year-round favourite. Contains no wheat. Suitable for seed feeder, bird tables and ground feeders.

“The best review I can give is that the birds just love this high energy seed, the little birds in particular. We have had other combinations and they have not been received with the same enthusiasm but they go through this one so quickly it won't be long before I'm ordering again. Highly recommended”

“Vine house bird food is always good quality but for us this particular variety has too much tiny seed which just gets wasted. We probably just chose the wrong combination.”

“I've been feeding the birds in my garden on the Premium High Energy food for several years. The birds love it and it creates little mess. I have about 16 different birds every week visiting the feeder. The service from Vine House Farm is also excellent”
