This Premium High Energy Mix contains sunflower hearts, peanut granules, white millet, kibbled maize, pinhead oats, canary seed, oil seed rape and red millet. High energy sunflower hearts and chopped peanuts are in this year-round favourite. Contains no wheat. Suitable for seed feeder, bird tables and ground feeders.

“Since I have used the Premium High Energy seeds I now have the blue Tits,Cole Tits,and Great Tits,Nuthatch feed all day I used to have the birdfood sometimes go off but because they love the seeds and feed so often I no longer have this proplem.”
