“The product is excellent as is the promptness in getting it sent off for delivery. However DHL delivered it to the wrong address and I had to go to an address 5 minutes away. I could not carry the parcel back to my address because it was too heavy and had to ask a passerby to help me.”

“Sadly, the last two seed bags have been damaged, It looks like the bags are lifted by their "ears", and they must burst. The carrier then ties them up with brown parcel tape. Previously I was sent the incorrect product. I complained and they agreed it was incorrect. No apology was offered, and I had to ask for a refund of the difference. OK it was only about £5, but the refund should have been offered at once. Very poor customer relations”
