This Premium High Energy Mix contains sunflower hearts, peanut granules, white millet, kibbled maize, pinhead oats, canary seed, oil seed rape and red millet. High energy sunflower hearts and chopped peanuts are in this year-round favourite. Contains no wheat. Suitable for seed feeder, bird tables and ground feeders.

“By far the best wild bird seed that I have ever used and I am having to limit the number of times I Refill the feeders with very little or NO waste .Would not hesitate to recommend this high energy seed to other bird lovers.”

“A ideal mix of top quality seeds that satisfy all my garden birds. The delivery was punctual and the packaging perfect. If there is any seed still on the ground then one of our foraging hedgehogs will soon eat it up.”
