These whole peanuts for birds contain fibre, protein and fat and are beneficial not only during the winter months but also during the breeding season, providing an essential energy boost.
“I haven't opened the bag yet as I have not finished a bag I have already. I am sure they will be fine, as your products are always good. I can't give an answer to how many stars, as I haven't opened them. They arrived by DHL very quickly. I really enjoy your newsletter.
Many thanks - Alix Robinson”
“The birds just love them as they are nice and whole not little bits which fall through the feeders. I would use them again and perhaps look at other bird products.”
“The peanuts were delivered promptly, as always. The birds are now eating their way through them as quickly as possible! I will soon need to order more!”
“As I am not the one sampling the taste of these peanuts, I am unable to give a definitive opinion. However, speaking on behalf of the end users, I can say that they enjoy these peanuts with gusto. A negative side effect is that there is currently a battle between our feathered friends and several intelligent tree rats. The word has obviously got around. Even two supposed tree rat-proof feeders have only had limited effect. We battle on.
Delivery is normally very efficient, although this last order did arrive a day later than expected.
Like all peanuts, when exposed to rain, they will deteriorate, but the feeders are cleaned regularly. The peanuts and sunflower seeds ordered are always delivered in excellent condition.
We are seeing blue tits, coal tits, long tailed tits, tree creepers (occasionally), nut hatches, lesser spotted woodpeckers, chaffinches and dunnocks in a semi-urban small garden fairly close to a busy road.
Although not over-communicative with us, I am sure that our customers would highly approve of the fact that a contribution from each sale goes towards the Wildlife Trusts.
We will continue to use Vine House farm for our supplies.”
