Excellent so far, the squirrel has given up. The only feeder he can’t manage to get in

Hello there! I didn't know what rating to give my feeder, the problem is that I've had it for weeks now and no birds will use it!! It contains the same seed I've always used (sunflower hearts) and is in exactly the same spot. After a couple of weeks I had to go and buy another regular feeder just to see if that might make the birds come to your feeder - alas no joy. Do you have an ideas at all? I am very disappointed.

I have only had this for a week, but the birds are avoiding it. Maybe they will get used to it. If they don't in the next couple of weeks they'll be back to Vine House (I bought two) with a request for a refund.

Thank you for your feedback, we would advise that some of the birds do take a while, a few weeks sometimes, to become used to a new feeder. They may become more accustomed to the new feeders if they are placed near an existing feeder as this may encourage them to hop in and try it out.

Had a problem working out how to attach the catch on the front as there were no instructions with the feeder. However this was sorted out by telephone by a very helpful and patient young lady. My thanks to her.
