“Bought this peanut feeder for garden tits and to keep out the squirrels. The birds are not in the slightest bit interested in it. In fact they land on it solely to then fly on to the seed feeder next to it. We get lots of birds on this seed feeder next to it, so I don't think the location of the peanut feeder is the issue.
I appreciate there are numerous reasons why birds may not be attracted to a feeder, but the purchase of this feeder and 6kg of peanuts has not attracted any birds to my garden. Have now packed it away until the winter when natural food is more scarce and maybe the birds will then be more attracted to it.
On the plus side, it is strong and well built so I'm sure will last me many years.”
