Very effect in keeping squirrels from eating all the nuts- they have their own antibird feeder!

I am trying to improve the biodiversity in my garden. The squirrels love my bird feeders, so with my new Chinese Lantern feeder, it means my tiny birds get to have dinner too.

Easy to fill. Small birds are enjoying feeding from it although they took a couple of days to get

Very sturdy looking and easy to fill etc feeder. I've not seen birds on it yet but feel sure they will be safe and pigeons and squirrels won't get the better of it. Great delivery service

I love my Nuttery Chinese Lantern Squirrel-proof peanut feeder, but, unfortunately, the birds won't go anywhere near it! I can only think that the colour, lilac, doesn't appeal to them. It's been hanging on my feeder station for about a week now, and not a single bird has visited it. It hangs in the same spot as the previous one, which claimed to be squirrel-proof, but which most certainly wasn't. That one was bought locally, from Wilko. The one good thing about the Nuttery one is that it IS squirrel-proof! The squirrels can't get near it, but the birds WON'T go near it, so it's a lose-lose situation. I will leave it hanging, and will change the peanuts inside it regularly, as I always do, hoping that the birds will get used to it, but for now, it's a very disappointing buy; an expensive one, at that. Sorry!

Excellent. I have squirrels hanging off this and it stays firm and unchewed. The little birds just slip in and eat in safety.
