“Only one sack of seed was delivered on the designated day. The other sack was delivered the next day, but it had been tampered with. It had been opened and then tied up again with string. Some seed may have been missing, although without a set of industrial scales I cannot verify this either way. A photo can be supplied as evidence.”

Hello Thankyou for your review. Sometimes the courier will split the delivery`s ,this can be due to the load being over weight or not enough room on the delivery van. I am sorry that one of the bags arrived damaged. The damage caused to the bag happened at the courier delivery hub. Our bags leave us clean and tops stitched up. We have told the couriers NOT to deliver damaged bags to our customers I do apologize that this has happened. If a delivery arrives from us to you and there is any damage please contact us immediately as per our website- Non-delivery, incorrect or damaged goods For non-delivery call us on 01775 630208 within 7 days and we will try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible A customer representative will be in contact.
