“The pack supplied was not 500g. As can be seen from the photograph attached, it weighs just 469g. This was reported to the company who were not even sufficiently interested to send an explanation or apology, let alone a refund for the shortfall.
I have lost faith in the company so, with no means of accurately checking the supposed weight of 25kg bags, I will be finding an alternative supplier to meet my future needs.”

“I have enjoyed feeding the mealworms to the birds especially a robin feeding young as he became very tame and fed from my hand. The food was invaluable especially during the hot dry weather.”
