“In the past I've always had excellent service from VHF, but in this instance the item hadn't arrived 1 week after ordering. I rang to enquire and it transpired that the item hadn't been shipped. This was then quickly remedied and the item arrived within a further 48hours. I expect normal service will be resumed post Covid-19.”
“I’ve still not received them!! I reported failure to receive once and you kindly repeated the order, however 5 days on and I’ve still not received them.”
