“I have rated this delivery as "Acceptable" because the post office did not do what I asked to be done on your website. I stated that if there was no answer to then leave the package under the porch at the back door. Instead of doing this the package was returned to the local office. This could have led to it being in the office over the Easter period. Fortunately I was able to collect the package later that day contrary to what the card said.”
