We invite customers to leave delivery instructions for our couriers, who will leave deliveries without a signature. However, orders for live mealworms are sent directly from our Live Food supplier by Royal Mail who won't leave a package, unless arrangements are made with locally with the Postman/woman or Post Office depot.
We're very sorry to hear you've not yet received your mealworms. Due to high demand, and the bank holiday, some orders were sent a day late. We have to allow four working days before we can chase with the supplier. However, we do say to customers, if you are at all concerned about your delivery, please let us know as soon as possible so we can confirm the order has been sent. A replacement order has been sent to you today.
