The birds love the live mealworms. We do have a problem with starlings taking just about everything, but I have purchased a cage which allows the smaller birds in to feed. This works well and it's fun watching the starlings trying to gain access.

Always delighted with the prompt delivery, and with the standard of the product on arrival. Such a pleasure to watch the birds feasting on some good quality food.

Fantastically popular with our birds. It's a good idea to transfer them to a more secure container, as they've managed to chew their way out of the shipping bag after a couple of days (twice - different bags). Also in warm weather they eat a lot - crumbled stale biscuits disappear rapidly!

The mealworms arrive in a bag which I tip into a bucket that has a lid (stops the birds helping themselves). A word of warning, don't close lid completely because obviously the mealworms breathe and the bucket will get damp unless there's air getting in. Once they get damp, they start to die off. I just offset the lid a bit, it works very well. Obviously I can't comment on the taste but I can say that the birds are very happy indeed! Luckily I have a cage to keep the starlings from eating everything (they have a container of their own) and the garden is full of baby birds. Still waiting for the arrival of the young blackbirds and robins but I know they'll be along soon!
