“This original order (24/02/20) went missing for unknown reasons. Trying to get a replacement became a pantomime with messages being missed, promises not being fulfilled and meant that I had to bypass the Vine House system and go directly to Live Foods Direct. Ultimately, I have received a replacement and the quality of the worms is good but I would advise that you need to look at your customer care service more closely.”
