“Thought I would try this; not nearly as difficult to look after the worms as I thought might be the case and certainly the smaller birds such as sparrows prefer live mealworms over the dried one. Worth experimenting but don't forget to buy some bran as he worms will need feeding to before they get fed to the birds”

“The live mealworms are always very popular with our garden birds, both feeding to chicks and fledglings or eating themselves. Blackbirds, Robins, Sparrows and Starlings all eagerly feed them to their young. We have one particular Blackbird who seems to keep an almost permanent look out, as soon as we put some out he is down to get some, well before we can go back indoors.”
“The meal worms are in very good condition but the only down side is the paper they are in. It is much easier to decant them when they are packed in paper mache egg trays, as before, rather than screwed up newspaper. Otherwise the service and the condition of the mealworms is excellent!”
