“The seed feeder itself is excellent and with a lifetime guarantee you can’t go far wrong. However, it arrived already broken. One of the perches had actually snapped off. It was not in the packaging so this must have happened before being despatched. The first replacement sent was the wrong one and I then had to call the distributors to get the correct one. Vine House Farm should have done that. It eventually arrived several days later, but they did send two so we now have a spare. I hope we don’t need it!”
