“my birds love these, so much so the one i use for suet pellets gets emptied daily! it did take a few days for them to get used to, but by leaving the old one out next to it for a week did the trick. its stays dry in the rain, and not messy moldy bits at the bottom as it breaths! easy to fill but needs a good grip to turn the top of. highly recomend.”
“Seed feeder is very good, which is more than can be said of the delivery service. Twice they texted me to say when they would arrive, never turned up and then texted to say they had called and I wasn't in. Finally delivered it without warning and left on door step in full view of road. Box it came in was very battered.”
“Very good build quality but it has to be filled from the bottom so you turn it upside down. Therefore the seeds pour out of the ports. It would be so much better if it filled from the top.”
“I haven't had this very long, but it came apart easily to fill and also to clean. It it easier to clean than my old one because you can get your hand inside it. it holds twice as much and so doesn't need filling so often. The robin can use it too, he wasn't able to use the old one, and so far the rooks and crows haven't got to grips with it which is a bonus!”
“The 4 port version is large, appears to be well made, and is easy to keep clean (it's designed to be taken apart). Shortly after filling it with Vines House Farm's 'Premium High Energy' seed, we were visited by blue tits, coal tits, great tits, robins, hedge sparrows and (extremely rare in our town garden) a pair of nuthatches. Very happy... as are the birds!”
