“The order arrived very quickly and I was kept informed of E.T.O.
I haven't tried the seed myself but the birds seem to love it. Even the blackbirds try various acrobatic moves to get seed from the feeders. Unfortunately we are unable to use ground feeders as a rat helps himself to the contents.”
“As described it makes good sense buying this higher quality mix because very little appears to be discarded onto the ground (the pheasants would probably argue otherwise!). Previous to this was feeding a crushed peanut, sunflower heart, whole sunflower and niger seed mix which seemed more popular with the nuthatches and woodpeckers.”
“Flows well through seed-feeders, and is taken by a wide range of species. As with most mixtures some seeds are more sought-after than others, but all are eaten quite quickly, and I find there is virtually no waste.”
