“Product is excellent & very popular with lots of bird species. However delivery is rather less satisfactory. On the last several occasions, despite me waiting in for delivery the driver has not even rung the doorbell. I have also given 'safe place' instructions for the delivery to be left out of sight and this is being ignored so that the delivery is just left in full sight by the front door which gives the impression to anyone passing by that the house is unoccupied. It may be laziness, but more likely that the drivers are given too many deliveries to fit properly into their working hours.”
“My visiting blackbirds love it. Nothing is wasted. In cold spells as many as 20+ are in my small garden feasting on it. In between the chaffinches, robin, dunnock and even tits sneak in for some. But keep it in a cage to allow blackbirds and not pigeons at it and keep it covered as it becomes a soggy mess in the rain”
