“I thought this was great when i first put it up as covered with birds. However, as the balls get smaller they drop through the bottom into what is quite long grass, which may encourage rats as well as being wasteful. Oddly the birds which do feed on teh ground for seed scraps etc don't seem to touch the fat balls.”
“I bought this to replace a smaller one which the starlings fought over and the sparrows couldn't get a look in. It's now like world war 3 with up to 8 starlings skirmishing each other and 1 brave sparrow in the centre hole
Very easy to fill but having to refill every day as its so popular with the birds.”
“Excellent product , due to it holding 10 fat balls multiple birds come feeding and sometimes squabble over it.
So much better than one that holds only 4-5”
