Hello and thank you for your feedback, when introducing a new feed or feeding item into the garden the birds can take some time to get used to it or even try them, we recommend placing new feed next to existing feeders in quiet areas to allow the birds to get used to them. We would also suggest trying our Super Suet Fat balls that are of a better quality with a 50% higher suet content than the original ones.
