“It is ridiculously early to review seeds which arrived very recently. As far as I can see the seeds are fine but it will take time before the wild birds make clear whether these seeds are OK”
“As always arrived promptly. I actually feed them to the squirrels to keep them occupied and away from the smaller seeds so the little birds get a chance. The squirrel seem to prefer the black sunflowers to anything else so it keeps them occupied. Not that I want to encourage squirrels I just gave up for years ago trying to beat them! Tk”
“I haven't put out sunflower seeds previously for the birds, so I wasn't sure how well they would be received. Initial take-up has been slow, but the birds are starting to take them. That's why I haven't given a higher rating. On the other hand, the super suet balls I bought at the same time were an instant hit: blackbird, blue-tit, jackdaw, magpie and woodpecker have all been a them.”
“i have greenfinches, bullfinches and chaffinches visiting my seed feeders regularly plus tits and the occasional goldfinch. They are all attracted by the consistent quality of the sunflower seed.”
