“Very poor quality; sign has not been laid out proportionately and very clearly does not look right when compared to the website examples. You would not buy it if it was like that on display in a shop and for a bespoke item you would expect more attention to detail. And it was not cheap! Could have been a "trainee" error, or some other unintentional whoops moment, but to make matters worse, the customer support at Village Green does not reply even after 2 reminders and waiting over 10 days. What can a customer do? Cannot recommend this supplier or product.”

Hi Michael Thank you for leaving a review. We do apologise for the delay in our response, we are a small family-run company and sadly at the time, we had a few cases of COVID which left us unexpectedly short staffed :( Regarding the quality of the sign, we do apologise that the design was not in proportion with the large sign purchased. I can see that we did explain that the motif is one standard size and the space available on the sign is largely decided by the size of the motif and the amount of lettering. On this occasion, our production team did not flag that the plaque had unused space and other options were not provided, which would be our usual practice. In light of this, a replacement was produced for you, with a larger flat hand-painted design to accommodate the plaque better. We do hope that you are now happy with this replacement sign? “So pleased with the piece. Unfortunately my aunt passed away and won’t be able to see it. But we have comfort in knowing it was her choice of plaque and all the wonderful details were picked by her. Another lovely memory of her.”
