“Product ordered 10/10/24, update email with mock up picture that included lettering received 17/10/24 but since then no updates and no communication. Sign received 17/12/2024. Upon opening the straight part of the sign has a clear fault which is a large bulge from the drilled hole extending all the way under letter E making the name of the house not level as the first 2 letters are higher. The level is then corrected by a dip in the letter R from which the sign is the correct and level. I have contacted Village Greene the same day I received the sign however they have denied any responsibility stating that "the sign has no fault." The company declined my request for a return and a refund stating that minor imperfections and slight variation of the surface texture are normal. However I had no issue with those aspects. What I expect is that the part of the sign that is meant to be straight is straight expecially since it comes from a cast mould. After all this is not a cheap sign costing me £106. The mock up photo I was sent did not have the bulging. I am including pictures for reference.”

“I purchased this sign for my mum for one of her 50th birthday gifts. The sign is beautiful and she was so happy with it. The only negative I would say is that it took nearly two months to arrive! So unfortunately missed her birthday which I was a bit gutted about. But she got it in the end.”
