“After having waited 7 weeks for our house sign to arrive we were bitterly disappointed when it did! It did not resemble the picture on the website at all. The floral design and artwork was far too small for the sign, and was very poorly painted - nothing like the quality one would expect for £146. We have just had our cottage painted and looking forward to having a new sign to set the cottage off, but unfortunately the sign is so badly painted it would be an embarrasment to put it up. We complained to Village Green Signs and they would not offer a replacement or full refund but instead offered a £20 partial refund! Very upsetting.”
