“Very disappointed delivery took 10 weeks to arrive and Instead of receiving an upright red squirrel it turned out to be a brown hunched over squirrel on a log. With green foilage that looked painted by a child. I requested a full refund which they agreed to give as i sent photos as proof but then refused to process refund as i payed with a money card while on holiday from australia and closed it on arrival back in Australia. They stated policy was that refunds could only be sent back to the card used to pay. None of this information is on there website under Returns policy ... so be careful how you choose to purchase items from this store. Whats worse is If the squirrel had of arrived in the timeframe promised i would have received it whilst still in the UK and everything could have been sorted easily. This policy has not gone down well with other aussies i have told and my bank cannot understand why they will not refund to my normal bank account. Now i am stuck with an ugly brown squirrel and no refund or compensation for poor workmanship. I thought there were red and grey squirrels in the uk! Very Disappointed Aussie !!”
