“I paid £130 in February and had to wait until the end of July to receive my plaque. Not impressed. However, I'd like to commend Melissa and Nicola for their excellent customer service. Very nice, polite girls. It finally arrived on August 1st after a 7 month wait. It's beautiful, so I've rated 5 stars but for the quality of artwork not the delivery time.”

“This is a lovely plaque which I bought for my mother. I ordered it at the beginning of July hoping it would arrive in time for her birthday which is at the end of that month. However, even with Covid I didn’t expect to have to wait until the end of September! Having said that, the plaque is lovely.”
