“We wanted a configuration that didn't appear on the site so we emailed an enquiry. The reply was fast and said they could do what we wanted. We placed the order as instructed, saw a mock up pic by email which looked just what we wanted so we placed an order. We had regular updates though production and the plaque arrived within the estimated time frame. Very happy with the product and service. Fully recommend them for your plaque!”
