“29.06 placed the order & paid for sign, received confirmation e mail 5.07 no update on progress on website 8.07 email to ask for update 09.07 reply saying delay due to covid 22.07 no update , emailed , no reply , telephoned . no answer says to e mail 29.07no update , emailed , no reply 30.07 email to say apologies , it will be despatched next week . Still no on the website track my order update 10.08 no update , emailed , no reply 17.08 no update , emailed , no reply 19.08no update , emailed , no reply 24.08 email from company to apologise for delay due to waiting for artwork . (No artwork just plain white lettering on black background) & offer 10% discount : accepted 27.08 no update , emailed , no reply 30.08 no update , emailed , no reply 01.09 no update , emailed , no reply 01.09 generic email to say it had been despatched 02.09 sign arrived . Very clear and easy to be seen from the road . 08.09. Email from company to apologise for delay and hope that sign has been received, still no 10% refund sent Overall the sign is good and clear . It is acrylic which is in fact heavy duty plastic. It had no artwork or complicated design just straight white on black lettering, one of the letters is slightly sloping and it took 9 weeks + to produce and deliver . Understanding the covid situation has delayed things I still think that the updates , delays & level of customer service response has been poor and that £71.00 does not represent the best value for money”
