Hi I am sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the production time and the delivery of your order. As we are a small family-run business and everything is made from scratch, our production time is clearly advised on the website of 11 weeks. I can see that we were slightly delayed by a week so I do apologise for this and any inconvenience caused! In regards to the wrong address, you did provide an alternative address via email and this was where it was delivered to. “When I ordered this sign my wife and I weren't sure whether to go for the 35cm x 25cm or the 40cm x 30cm oval house sign. In the end, we decided to order the smaller of the two, the 35 x 25cm (14" x 10"), hoping it would suffice. Unfortunately, the sign that turned up wasn't 35 x 25cm. It was only 33.5cm x 24cm! So, rather disappointing! Hence only 2 stars I'm afraid! I suggest someone at Village Green looks at the sizes quoted for these signs. Regarding the quality of the sign, well that's fine and it's now up, we just hope it doesn't fade.”

“We had previously bought house plaques from Village Green for our home, both of which had the house name and a graphic design. When we the saw simple plaques with house number but no graphic on sale, we decided to order it to pair with one of the others. They’re lovely together, and we’re very pleased.”
