“The plaque is fine and my parents are very happy with it ... the fact it was a Christmas resent and ordered on 5th December 2018 nd arrived February 22nd ... is absolutely unacceptable. Communications was non-existent. Very hard to make contact with them. My father tried several times in addition to myself ... Once either of us had a contact they were pleasant and seemed helpful but it is unclear where production is taking place and how many are involved and why the delay was so unacceptably long. Difficult to recommend them ... if you know somewhere else to go then I would go there but this sort of sign maker seems few and far between (not that the far between matters any more :)) I even make house signs t TrophiesandMedals.com ... unfortunately not this kind. Good luck! (It can't always be this bad!?)”

Hi Jason, we are so happy to hear that your parents loved the new sign! A lot of care and hard work goes in to each of our hand painted signs, so it is always great to hear feedback on our products. We also wanted to thank you for your kind comments towards our care team, they always try their best to be as helpful as possible. We appreciate that there were some delays on your order, and take full responsibility for any inconvenience this may have caused you or your parents. Unfortunately several of our artists were signed off work over the Christmas period due to unforeseen illness, which resulted in one of our artists being hospitalised. We understand that although this is upsetting for us it is also disappointing for our customers, which we are truly sorry for. However we have been told by our customers several times that our plaques are well worth the wait, we hope you agree with this sentiment :) In regards to the product itself we can see from your comments that this was well received which is why we are all a little disheartened to be reviewed as 1* :( But we do appreciate all and any feedback we receive as this does help us grow as a company.

“Beautiful product, absolutely stunning! Shame about the total lack of communication between order being placed and delivery, especially as it took well over 5 weeks before I eventually got any response to my messages. Once I got a response, it took a few days to get me my order. It's absolutely stunning though so if you don't mind the extra long delay and getting to the point where you are wondering if the company actually exists, I would completely recommend.”
