“This took far too long to complete. I ordered it on 20 December and only received it on 22 February. I paid in full in advance. You should employ more staff, or improve your Christmas staffing levels. It feels as if your company's needs are more important than your customer's needs. You charge too much for the level of service you provide.”

“This is the second occasion on which I have ordered from Village Signs and I have, again, been favourably impressed. The ordering process was straightforward and I was kept fully informed, on a regular basis, of the progress with my order. As before, the final product is of high quality and as expected. My previous sign was on a house in Australia and it coped well there with the hot climate and direct sun so I imagine the latest sign with manage with the milder and wetter conditions of Ireland.”
