“I've bought this as a present and have not fully opened it but Will comment after Christmas. It a s lighter than expected but sure the lack of maintenance of the resin will make up for it if the lettering stands the test of time. Gold lettering could be deeper as looking from the side it does not meet the sign. Communication re order has been poor throughout the process. Due to extended lead time it would have been nice to hear from the company as payment of 105 pounds was taken immediately.”

“Sorry but my sign has still not as yet arrived. I had a telephone conversation with Melissa last week about this but as yet no delivery or notification of a further attempt at delivery!! Please see the email I sent you on Saturday for more details. Very disappointed that your delivery agents DPS have let both me and you down on this. Having waited nearly three months for my sign I would like to be able to receive it as I have long since paid for it, and it seems to be lost somewhere within the delivery process.”

“AVOID THIS COMPANY! It took nearly 4 months to receive this order. First of all they got it completely wrong through their failure to use the correct Template No. that we had specified. The absence of communication was very frustrating as was the few communications that we did get that were sometimes unhelpful, inappropriate and unprofessional. When it finally arrived, the sign was ok though 1 letter is a bit wonky. At no stage were we offered a partial refund which, it appears, happened to another customer whose order was subject to excessive delay. All in all, a disappointing and frustrating experience.”
