“Order accepted but was emailed several days later to advise that the products were not in stock. Took me a couple of emails to get a response on alternative options but once I did it was sorted quickly. However, some of the rolls had taken a beating in transit and were fairly mis-shapen. Luckily for us they do not go onto a core so it wasn't a particular issue, but may have been for another customer, looks like they need some stronger protection.”
