Whilst Heavy it was delivered promptly and put in the room of my choice. It worked after assembly an easy affair. The machine is substantial hence my comment at the beginning of this article so far it does everything expected, very pleased with it.

Excellent piece of kit and amazing value for money. My reasons for buying the LunaRun were twofold. I wanted a treadmill that would fold flat and therefore be easy to store, but would also have the capability to increase its incline at the touch of a button while in use. The LunaRun does both whilst being of excellent build and material quality. The designers have do a brilliant job. Very clever. Also the customer service team were extremely efficient and professional. Delivery was very quick. The whole process was seamless. My wife and I who are retired now use the treadmill daily to keep fit and mobile. Brilliant on a rainy day. Would recommend it unreservedly.

Absolutely brilliant, very sturdy, well put together, only downside is it’s fairly heavy but not a deal breaker, the cup holders could be deeper but I’ve found Evian 750ml bottles fit perfectly, haven’t tried the speakers yet as I use earphones via Bluetooth, would definitely recommend this item

The treadmill lives up to my expectation and is in daily use - a good buy. The only fault is one which appeared on a number of reviews before I purchased one for myself and my wife: the two cup holders are too shallow. A small bottle of water 'jumped' out during the first use of the treadmill. Apart from that minor criticism, which could easily be rectified, we are very pleased with our treadmill.

The unit folds reasonably easily but as it's compact I've found it far easier to leave it ready to use. The heart rate monitor does not work well for me and constantly displays erratic readings, also being slow to respond - not helpful. The bottle holders were totally unusable because they're so shallow - I've removed them. The size of the platform is adequate for us as we're both slim but it might not suit large or tall individuals. After unpacking it was quick and easy to set up - no assembly needed! :) The large display panel is clear and easy to read but the built-in programmes are wholly unsuitable for our needs and can't be re-configured. There are, however, three user-defined ones which I may configure after my wife and I have decided on personal exercise regimens. It's a pity, though, that getting to the personal programmes first means stepping through all the 12 built-in, but unsuitable, ones. For anyone not wanting to use specific exercise programmes it's easy enough to use the machine free-form and to adjust settings on-the-fly; I'm expecting that may eventually prove the most suitable way for ourselves. The unit appears well constructed and the motor unit is acceptably quiet. Fine speed and elevation control is easy. Even though the treadmill is used in a first floor bedroom, noise levels downstairs are minimal and I find them totally acceptable. It's still new so I can't comment about reliability. The small speakers for an MP3 type player are just about adequate but far from Hi-Fi - that's more an observation than a criticism. Overall we're happy thus far.
