For an enjoyable and motivating workout experience, the Satori exercise bike won’t disappoint. Its 9kg (19.8lbs) flywheel ensures smooth riding with 32 levels of computer-controlled magnetic resistance to vary the intensity and get your legs working harder. The 20 workout programmes present a challenge to get you pedalling towards your fitness goals. Measure heart rate via the hand pulse sensors or the wireless receiver (chest strap optional) and see your progress using the four heart rate control workouts. 4 user profiles allow feedback, shown on the dual colour backlit LCD display, to be personalised by saving gender, age, height and weight info. Comfort is critical for successful riding which is why the large seat is padded and adjustable horizontally and vertically, the handlebars are adjustable and there is a conveniently located bottle holder. Very comfortable to ride and easy to change the load. We have found it difficult to set the computer up for each of us and the instructions are not very clear.

Fairly easy to put together, the only downside is the seat is very uncomfortable. Good value otherwise for the money

Delighted with the Satori - not difficult to fit together (I used the YouTube video as a guide) with the exception of the cabling which was a bit of a fiddle to connect. Use it on average, so far, 4 times a week.

Difficult to use programmes not straight forward as no start button once entered your details and still haven't used it properly as frustrated

Since purchasing my Satori exercise bike, I have worked out every day I can. The bike has been an excellent purchase. Easy to assemble I was exercising within 40 minutes! The resistance is easy to adjust and there is a very smooth transfer. I have tried a few of the installed programs and they certainly "work" the rider. I am exceptionally pleased with my Satori so far.

An excellent piece of kit and easy to assemble. One minor problem -it took me along time to find out how to change fro Km to miles because the instructions are not clear but hidden in the paragraph on page 16 "Personalising the Units" On the Console Instructions table under Button Functions it just says " Select KM or ML" but doesn't say where the switch is!
