The Viavito Onyx folding exercise bike is a convenient and practical piece of equipment that will help you get in shape and work your lower body. There are 8 levels of manually-controlled magnetic resistance and the cast iron flywheel weighs 1.2kg (2.6lbs) and is friction-free, encouraging smoother motion. This indoor cycle is strong but light and easy to fold up and store after use, making it very space-efficient and an excellent choice for use at home. The single LCD console will display a full range of live session feedback including time, speed, distance, calories, odometer and your pulse when using the hand pulse sensors. The saddle is padded and you can adjust the height to suit you, and the foot straps on the self-presenting pedals are also adjustable. “Needed to exercise, due to knee problems; both hubby and I find it brilliant! Good price, we did not want to spend loads as we are not great keep fit types! I have moved it all over the house, easy to use( just have to remember to get into the habit!) Wish there was more info regarding the buttons, I'm still not sure what I'm pressing, but hubby says it's easy . Does distance, speed, rate etc. Can be shifted to go hard or soft pedal. Great buy.”

“excellent bike , easy to assemble , brilliantly simple to operate , i bought this to get some exercise when the weather was to bad for any outdoor activities but i find that i go on it most days and so now does the whole family , brilliant price as well.”

“Same experience as Jennifer Drake. Bike broke down after 5 weeks when belt began slipping. Reported to retailer I bought it from and they requested that I take off the cover and send pictures. One of the two belts was coming apart because it had been fitted inside-out! The belts have a ribbed rubber side which mates with the grooved spindle discs (don't know proper term) and a smooth side made of what appears to be reinforced nylon/rubber which should only make contact with the tensioning spindle. The belt could be replaced but this would require dismantling the mechanism. The retailer is sending a replacement bike which I expect to be delivered tomorrow. The first thing I shall do is removed the cover and check the belts are correctly fitted. If the bike was put together properly I would give it 4 stars because except for the maximum resistance being weak it's a good piece of equipment. Update - The replacement arrived and the belts are fitted correctly. I have now revised my rating to 4 stars.”
