“This arrangement was absolutely beautiful. I called and spoke to staff as I wasn't sure I'd left enough time. They were friendly and helpful and the flowers were ready and delivered promptly complete with a bucket of water so I could transport them to Birmingham. “I purchased it from Spain and was afraid it would not be on time since the funeral was expected after a bank holiday. It was fantastic to be informed every step of the way and find it was there half an hour before. Thank you”
