“Flowers were beautiful but unfortunately we’re not what I ordered. I received a colourful spring boutique but I ordered a white boutique as a fitting tribute to the receiver. I always buy my flowers from Verdure and Recommend them to everybody. I am only writing this feedback as I emailed in just as feedback to say I received the wrong bouquet to my order and received a very poor email back from management without an apology and to state I had more than the £40 I had paid which was irrelevant and distasteful in light that it didn’t matter I had the wrong order and a simple recognition was all I asked as my email wasn’t for complaining but just some feedback for future reference / checks before orders are sent.”
