Debbie - so sorry you didn't find these worked for you. Finding the right bib shorts can be tricky. As per our other reply, we'll be passing these on to Endura to resolve what might be up. The Endura returns form that Fran set up remains all set.
As to the customer service question, we apologise again that our email that we sent at the time didn't get through to you. Hopefully we can now get on top of things and sort out your problem.
