“The very loose powder is very fine. This results in wastage when just opening the pot and using the brush to apply. My previous pot of finishing powder had a plastic barrier with little holes to dispense small amount of powder onto a makeup sponge, which was more economical in my opinion, and less likely to spill.
The fine powder is good for not causing clumping. I'm not sure if it is waterproof as such. It doesn't stop the cover cream being rubbed off.”
