Hi Stephen, Please could you email me on info@vehiclematsuk.com (contact info is on our delivery note too) with a picture of the mats you have received and your registration number so I can look into this? The Mokka and Mokka X have slightly different clip spacings, if your car is a 2021 model on the crossover then it's possible you have ordered the wrong option.
