“Front passenger mat covered with bits of hair etc., had to be brushed before fitting. Two of the mats had short lengths of whisky thread protruding out of the beading. They had to be snipped off, with as little tugging as possible, before fitting. One mat had what looked like a corner of the beading, had been subjected to some form of heat.”
