Hi Mark, I feel this feedback is very unfair. You ordered a Fiat Ducato motorhome mat from us, when you contacted us to say it did not fit it became clear from your registration number that you have a Citroen Relay van, not a Fiat Ducato. We don't list it as fitting this model and you made no contact with us prior to ordering. We would have happily taken this mat back for a full refund, but unfortunately. as you have cut it up, we can no longer accept this for a refund. Kind regards, Chris.
