Good quality overall. The only problem is the strong smell the rubber has. My car is now smelling like a heavy-smoker's car for the past few weeks. But the smell is fading away... slowly. Maybe the factory should leave the raw material rubber to "air" somewhere before making the mats. Otherwise, I'd have given it 5 stars.

Arrived in time and all good for 2 months. Within one week both clips on the driver's mat snapped, can't put them back together. I only use trainers/soft sole shoes

Hi, Sorry about that - It sounds like the clips have been damaged in transit. We were not aware of this issue until we saw this review, if you had messaged us as soon as you had the issue we would have got replacements straight out to you - We can't fix a problem that we are not aware of! The mats arrived and they looked really nice. They all fitted nicely except the drivers one. The drivers one didn’t fit properly as the holes were about a centimetre out and so they didn’t line up right or fit the eyelets.

Hi Gavin, I'm sorry about the issue with the mats - We haven't heard anything from you so were not aware of any issues and have not had the opportunity to look into this. With your mats, the delivery note is included which asks you to get in touch (info@vehichlematsuk.com) if there are any issues so we can sort them out for you. Please could you email me a picture of the mats you have received and tell me your registration number so I can sort this out? If the clips are not in line with the studs it's possible that the wrong year has been ordered. Kind regards, Chris.
